CAMP PROGRAM

 

  For Boys & Girls 8-16 Years of Age

Day Camper age is 5-16 years

Limited to Groups of 8 at one time

 We offer a wide variety of daily activities

Our daily schedule has lots of activities making it more exciting and fun for the kids.

All activities go rain or shine, and campers should be prepared for an active, outdoor program each day.

Please let us know if you wish for your child to be placed in a group with a friend or relative.

Costs and payment details:  

  • Overnight: $575.00 + HST $74.75 = $649.75
    5 days Monday-Friday

  • Day: $350.00 + HST $45.50 = $395.50
    5 days Monday-Friday (bring your own lunch)

 

Discounts off regular price:

  • Returning Campers from previous year - deduct $75 if booked before April 1st

  • deduct $50.00 off regular price if booked before May 1st

  • Bring a friend (new customer) - deduct $50..00 off regular price

 

Family Siblings Discount off regular price

  • 2nd child - deduct $25.00

  • 3rd child - deduct $50.00

 

**Note: A non-refundable deposit of $200/week is required to process a application.

Hours of Operation:(Day Camp)  

The camp program runs from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Monday to Friday

Please be aware that the farm is open from 8 AM to 5 PM.

For your convenience at an extra cost your child(s) may be dropped off before 8:30 AM or picked up after 4:30 PM this must be Pre-arranged and involves a supervision fee of $5.00 per 30 minutes per camper.

Those in the Volunteer program should arrive before 8:00 AM

Lunch:  

Picnic lunch & Snacks for Breaks (Day campers only), overnight camper’s food and drinks are supplied.

What to Wear-Dress for the Weather:  

Bring a raincoat, for riding you will need a pair of boots or shoes that have a ½” heel (rubber boots are fine) and perhaps, you will find long pants more comfortable on horseback, we provide an approved riding helmet.

You will a need a swimsuit and towel on good weather days for swimming in our pool.

Also, you will need to bring bug spray, sun screen, and a hat. Sunscreen, Insect repellant and a Sun hat

Rubber boots, running shoes & foot-ware for around pool.

Swimsuit and towel

Rain coat, sweater and extra clothing, it is best to dress in layers if possible.

Comfortable clothes for day-end (shorts and runners)

Helmet & Riding boots (if you have them) or Boots with a defined heel of a ½”

Please label all clothing & lunches with name.

**Any medications must be labeled with instructions and noted in health form.
